Sauce Painting

  • About
These are general decorating ideas for sauces. They can, of course, be combined or changed to suit a particular taste or occasion. The designs shown in a small pool of sauce can be made over the entire surface of the plate, and vice versa. Keep in mind that the more complicated the design, the less suitable it is for serving a large number of guests. Even though, in some cases, the sauce can be poured on the plates in advance, the decoration must be piped on just before the desserts are served, or it will start to deteriorate.
