  • About
This has a curved, serrated flexible blade that cuts neatly round citrus fruit segments removing peel and membranes.

To sharpen a knife: 1 Hold the steel level in front of you, pointing 45° away from your body. Place the wide end or heel of the knife under the steel at the handle end of the steel. Pull the knife along the steel away from you in one swift movement, at the same time working from the knife heel to the point.

2 Repeat on the other side of the knife on the top of the steel, again starting with the knife heel at the handle end of the steel, and working along the steel in a single swift movement. Repeat both these steps several times until the blade is sharp, and again before using the knife next time.
