  • About
These usually come as a sheet with 12 round holes or cups, which may be deep or shallow and sometimes with a decorative pattern. Use for making individual cakes, tarts, buns and American-style muffins. A similar sheet with 4 large cups is used for Yorkshire puddings. Most bun tins are made of sturdy tinned steel, and some have a nonstick finish for easy removal.
