This hand-cranked rotary food mill comes with a selection of discs for producing coarse to fine purées allowing you to control the texture more than with a food processor. Pips, fibres and other unwanted material are sieved out. Hooks on the rim hold it securely over a pan or bowl.

To use a food mill fit the appropriate disc for the desired texture and place the mill securely over a pan or howl. A hand-operated crank forces food through the sieving disc into the bowl.
