Portioning liquid in one of these means you don’t have to fill a dry measuring cup to the top (i.e., risk spilling liquid everywhere), and there’s a handy little spout for pouring. Be sure you’re measuring with the cup rested on a level surface, and aim for the bottom of the gradation marks as an indicator.
