Do yourself—and your cookies—a favor! Layer the cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper to prevent the treats from sticking to the pan and make cleanup a breeze. If you’re baking a ton of cookies, you should be able to reuse the parchment paper (as long as it’s not too butter-doused). Just wait a few minutes to ensure it’s not retaining heat from the last batch, and use the opposite side the second time around.
