It’s important to note that all recipes in this book were made using the spoon-to-cup method of measuring. Use a spoon to transfer the ingredients into the measuring cup (rather than using the cup as a scoop on its own) then level it off with a straight edge, such as the back of a knife. Following this technique will produce the best results.
