Use ripe, mature and firm fruit. Pick over fruit, removing hulls. (a) Grade for size in dry unsweetened pack. (b) Dry sugar pack (4oz/100g sugar to 1lb/450g fruit). Fruit may be sliced or lightly crushed. (c) 40% syrup pack for whole or sliced fruit. (d) Sweetened purée (fresh fruit). High Quality Storage Life: 12 months.
