Clean shot wounds. Behead and bleed as soon as possible, collecting hare’s blood if needed for cooking. Hang for 24 hours in a cool place. Skin, clean and wipe. Cut into joints and wrap each piece in cellophane. Pack in usable quantities in bags. Pack blood in box. High Quality Storage Life: 6 months.
