Whipped Cream

Use 1 tablespoon/15ml sugar to 1 pint/500ml cream. (a) Freeze in cartons (lin/2.5cm headspace). (b) Pipe in rosettes, freeze on open trays and pack in boxes. High Quality Storage Life: 6 months.
