Pâtés made from liver, game or poultry, freeze extremely well. They can be packed in individual pots ready for serving, or cooked in loaf tins or terrines, then turned out and wrapped in foil for easy storage. Pâtés containing strong seasoning, herbs or garlic should be carefully over-wrapped, otherwise they may affect the flavour of neighbouring foods in the freezer. High Quality Storage Life: 1 month.
