  • About

Parfait means “perfect” in French. While that is a matter of personal preference, what defines a parfait is that it is a (sometimes frozen) dessert generally made with a flavored bombe base plus whipped heavy cream, and occasionally Italian meringue. Traditionally it is piped into a glass and then frozen, but it can also be piped into a mold, frozen, and unmolded.
