Tarragon

Growing Choose French tarragon which has a better flavour than the Russian variety. Grow from cuttings or root division. The plant does not dry well and is best used fresh.

Main Uses With many foods; a favourite mild seasoning for chicken, fish, sauces, flavoured vinegar.
