Any food containing milk or milk products (including butter and cheese), or the dishes, utensils, tablecloths, or dish towels used in preparing, serving and eating such foods. According to kashrut, no meat or meat products, like chicken fat, may be cooked or eaten with dairy foods. In a kosher kitchen, one set of dishes, utensils, tablecloths, etc., is reserved for use exclusively with dairy foods and one exclusively for meat foods.
