  • About
Roll out a strand of pasta about 3mm wide, and cut into 15cm lengths. Take one and lay it out straight on a board. Use a straight edge (such as a plastic ruler) to form the pasta. Put the edge against the board parallel to the pasta, with the pasta between the ruler and your body. Keeping the ruler angled at about 45° to your body, draw it towards yourself across the pasta. The ruler should stretch out the pasta, which will then curl up to form an almost complete tube.
