Kubbeh means ‘the shape of a ball’ and is a kebab made of cooked spicy minced meat. It is popular and usually the signature dish of Arabic & Druze cooks. It is made with traditional baharat spice, uniquely ground to the individual family taste. Kubbenia is raw highly spiced minced meat with added burghul, a festive communal dish served at family celebrations.
