Ajinomoto

Ajinomoto international Japanese company that was founded in 1908 by the Japanese chemist who identified umami, Kikunae Ikeda, together with the entrepreneur Saburosuke Suzuki. Its primary product is MSG, which is used world-wide as a taste enhancer.
