A ‘super food’ (not to be confused with ‘superfood’, a term I wrinkle my nose at), kale is packed with vitamins, particularly vitamins A, C and K whch help to support a healthy immune system. It’s relatively inexpensive to buy, especially frozen and I tend to sling it into soups, stews, pasta, curries or with garlic and lemon as a side dish.
