Generally, milk can be replaced with non-dairy alternatives such as soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, and oat milk. It depends on the recipe you make, because sometimes milk alternatives have a strong flavor. In the healthy whole wheat pancake recipe, using oat milk won’t make much difference, but if you use oat milk to make the vanilla custard for the mango trifle, it may not taste quite as nice. You may want to use a milder-flavor milk, like soy, instead.
