  • About
Most shrimp is frozen before it reaches the store, so frozen shrimp is often of a better quality than fresh and can be used for anything from salads to curries to stir-fries. The best way to thaw frozen shrimp is in the refrigerator. If you are short on time, thaw under running cold water.
