Storing fish

Most fish should be used the same day you purchase it to maintain its flavor and texture. If you need to refrigerate the fish overnight, put the package in a resealable plastic bag and store it on top of ice cubes placed in a baking dish. Or, simply set the package on top of frozen ice packs.
