Why love it
Light as a sigh but intense in flavour. Brined limes are dried either until pale and sour with a musky, fermented edge, or matured until black, richer and earthier.

Bean: dark chocolate, white chocolate

Sweet fruit: watermelon, mango

Spice & herb: chilli, vanilla, mahleb, fennel, ginger, cardamom, coriander, lime leaf, rose
