You can sum moringa up as a miraculous, energy-boosting, immune-boosting, vitamin-packed, sugar-balancing genius. It’s also called ‘the miracle tree’ because every part of the tree has medicinal uses. It’s used to fight malnutrition in desperate parts of the world, is inexpensive and is becoming more widely available. It doesn’t taste great, but I add it to my Kefir Breakfast Shots. You can also drink it as a herbal tea, adding a teaspoon to a mug of boiled water.
