Romorantin, a white, eastern Loire grape variety that is fast fading from the French vignoble. Cour cheverny is an appellation especially created in 1993 for the rather tart Romorantin grown just west of Blois. dna profiling has shown that this is yet another progeny of pinot and gouais blanc.
