Orange blossom & Cointreau mascarpone

Whip 150g (5½oz) mascarpone and 100ml (scant ½ cup) double (heavy) cream with 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Cointreau, 1 teaspoon orange blossom water and a flourish of finely grated orange zest.
