  • About
It is a wise precaution to have a pair of long-sleeved thick gauntlets to wear when you are baking in the oven. The long sleeves will protect your arms from the intense heat, and individual gloves give you more freedom to move your hands independently than a pair of joined-up oven gloves. Even if your gauntlets are thick, it’s worth using an oven cloth to give yourself some added protection when you are removing dishes from the oven until you get used to the heat.
