This award-winning Brooklyn bakery with a French influence first opened its doors in July 2011 and later expanded to Greenwich Village in 2012. Run by a husband-and-wife team (Zachary Golper and Kate Wheatcroft), Bien Cuit provides perfect croissants, baguettes, breads and tarts.
