Four years after my dad first had his idea to start selling noodles, things finally settle down. The basement stall is stable in its own chaotic way, and I get a corporate merchandising job at a big company in Minneapolis post-graduation. Honestly, the story could end here, with me sticking with my white-collar gig. But, as you may have guessed, things don’t really go according to plan.
