  • About
Refined white sugar is boring. It’s sweet, yes. And it’ll get the job done. But nearly all of the natural flavors from the original sugarcane plant have been processed away. We recommend using organic cane sugar, which hasn’t been refined to the same extent. It’s more expensive but worth every cent. Yellow-brown in color, organic cane sugar has subtle notes of molasses and caramel. And unlike refined white sugar, it retains actual nutrients from the sugarcane plant.
