April Bloomfield is chef and co-owner of three restaurants: the Michelin-starred Spotted Pig; The Breslin Bar & Dining Room; and The John Dory Oyster Bar. April previously cooked at the River Café and did a stint at Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse restaurant before opening The Spotted Pig.
