All this beautiful seawater, and we haven’t cooked any seafood for a little while. Let’s remedy that. Lovely Andy Harris cooked me these dishes on a rocky outcrop looking out over Elizabeth Bay in Sydney to remind me of times spent on the sailing boat Thelginos in the Peloponnese, hunting for elusive octopi. A simple seafood delight.
