Baking bread is, first and foremost, logical. It is the result of well-reasoned thinking and strict adherence to that line of thinking throughout the baking process. In reality, this presents a win-win situation for the baker. First, the baker does not have to invent her own logic to create bakery-quality bread since it’s already been worked out and tested over the past several thousand years. And second, following the already established logic of bread making necessarily infers that a logical result will arise, which, of course, is nothing less than a delicious and beautiful loaf of bread.
