One thing that never should be missing from an asada are plenty of beverages. Bringing a case of cold beer is practically the price of admission to a carne asada, and sometimes that’s all you need. But if you like to mix it up and have a few options for your guests who don’t do beer, batched cocktails are the way to go; you can prepare them before the party and enjoy without having to constantly be shaking cocktails.
