Millionaire Shortbreads

We love Millionaire Shortbread so much we’ve included five recipes! Whichever one we put on the cake counter, it’s guaranteed to sell out before everything else. There’s just something about the combination of chocolate, thick caramel and biscuit that works so well — we keep coming up with different combinations. For most of them, we use a shortbread base based on the same recipe that inspired our Salted Caramel Crumble Bar. If the idea of making your own caramel is a little scary, please don’t worry; it’s really simple. It takes a little patience and a lot of stirring, but it’s definitely worth it.
