Cupcakes

The beauty of cupcakes is that you can knock up the cakes themselves very easily, then ice and decorate them to create something very special and celebratory. We are very generous (as ever) with our buttercream — if you like less buttercream, feel free to reduce the quantity a little. Once you’ve mastered the method, you can play endlessly with different fillings and flavoured buttercreams. Have fun!
