The Brown Sugar Glaze and the Dark Chocolate Glaze are great recipes to have up your sleeve. They are lovely as dips or over desserts and ice cream and are incredibly quick and simple to make.

The curds and compote are equally quick and simple and are definitely worth whipping up in their own right. The Custard Filling can also be used to fill cupcakes, layers and doughnuts or as a side to warm cakes, puddings and pies.
