Marcy Goldman is professionally trained pastry chef and baker. The author of several cookbooks, she is also the host of www.Betterbaking, launched in 1997. A long-time contributor to the Washington Post and Costco Connection, her features have also appeared in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Bon Appetit, Fine Cooking, Food and Wine, the Los Angeles Times, Epicurious, among other markets.
