Wander away from the waterside restaurants and weave your way around the maze of old streets to find this remarkable, lively and unique eatery owned by husband and wife Serge and Muriel Salmon, who have a passion for love, ginger and laughter. All this shines through in their bohemian bistro. They met 19 years ago and both worked in busy jobs in Paris, but they always knew that one day they wanted to have their own restaurant. They arrived in Trouville-sur-Mer 15 years ago, rented the ground floor of a scruffy shop and opened Bistrot les Quatre Chats. Today the bistro spans three floors and they own the entire building!
