  • About
A few years back we were offered Duchy of Cornwall natives by our new-found oyster suppliers, the Wright Brothers. I knew very little about them and hadn’t even tasted this particular type of oyster, so the thought of a new oyster on the menu was quite exciting. I had previously met Ben Wright and Robin Hancock, the founders of the Wright Brothers, at the wedding of photographer, Jason Lowe in Provence. They turned up there with a thousand or so oysters, which they had collected in Mornac-sur Seudre on the French Atlantic coast, for the wedding breakfast, just to ensure the day started in style.
