  • About

Mrs Temple’s Cheeses Apart from making the finest cheeses in East Anglia, Catherine Temple also manages to have a part-time job as a medication pharmacist for the local NHS and social services, basically checking that the local old folk on medication are taking the right pills at the right time, and not getting them mixed up. I was surprised to hear that she had only been making cheese for 4 years and previously lived in Malawi for 9 years, working on tea colours and flavours for the Tea Research Foundation on a cooperative, with her husband Stephen, who was a crop-drying technologist.
