  • About
It would be a missed opportunity not to visit another Celtic oatmeal producer, especially as Donal Creedon’s product is unique, and oats are an underestimated basic commodity. What, you may think, could be so unique about oats? Standing on the first floor of the original mill that Donal’s family have been milling oats in since 1832, Donal confesses that he will probably be the last miller in the family; due to the economics and demand for his artisan product. Buildings like the one we were in are being bought up these days for accommodation and it seemed to me that Donal could see no future in the small business for generations to come.
