The Great British Breakfast

  • About
The Great British Breakfast is probably one of, if not the, most famous of all our ‘dishes’ around the world. It’s a start to the day that has become a standard feature on just about every hotel breakfast menu to be found. And I’m not really surprised. The combination of ingredients used all work together so well – pork sausages, crispy bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding, fried bread, all balanced with the soft creamy yolk of a fried egg. This meal has become a treat. But our breakfast does offer so much more, with the famous porridge oats, stewed prunes and other cereals all playing a big part.
