These are all big-in-flavour, big-in-size, stand-alone dishes that are great for dinners and parties. We always have a couple on in the café for customers who really want to get stuck in, and they fly out of the kitchen. At home I pull them out when I’ve got friends coming round and will usually bang them on the table with a well-dressed green salad and a couple of bottles of wine. What else do you need?
