Dos Caminos Mexican Street Food was created with friendship, love, and help from my family, friends, and colleagues. My mother Charlene, father Russ, and sister Holly were as always proud, enthusiastic, and supportive. I could not have done it without them and the constant adoring affection of my dachshunds Frida and Diego—the best stress medicine ever.
