  • About
Shredded pork is the base of countless quickly stir-fried entrées, as it combines well with almost any other ingredient. Shredded pork cooks very quickly, so take care not to overcook it.

Perhaps one of the most popular Chinese dishes in restaurants in this country is Mu Shu Pork, which is simply shredded pork quickly stir-fried with shredded vegetables and lightly scrambled eggs. Traditionally, the finished stir-fried mixture is spooned into the same pancakes used for Peking Duck, although it makes a wonderful entrée even without them.
