Out of the wok, into the fire

In Britain, where I live now, cooking Chinese food at home is not as popular as, say, Italian cookery. Take a look at the supermarket ingredients aisles of these two sections, and you’ll see what I mean. Is this because people view Chinese cookery as complicated and the ingredients inaccessible? This is a myth I want to dispel and I hope this book will demonstrate how easy it is to create healthy, sexy and delicious Chinese dishes.
