The good news is that chocolate is good for us—as long as it contains at least 60 percent cocoa solids (ideally more than 70 percent), has no added dairy products, and isn’t overpowered with sugar. Raw cocoa beans or nibs are even better for us. Sadly, milk and white chocolate fans will have to look away— neither have the same benefits. Chocolate cakes and confectionery can’t be described as healthy either.
