In Denmark they call it the Kaaldomer, in Greece it’s Dolmades and they have names for it in Russia, Turkey and throughout central Europe. Basically, our next dish is cabbage leaves stuffed with meat and rice. It can be almost any kind of meat, and you could use vine leaves to wrap the meat in if you’re feeling exotic!
Three or four of these tasty tit-bits per person makes a delicious first course, or serve more if it is to be your main dish.
