The pig offers a lovely assortment of delicious roasts, from a sautéed tenderloin quickly finished in the oven, to a giant ham for twenty hungry souls. The simplest roast is a boneless pork loin cooked in the oven until it is heated through. More tasty is the rack, with the rib bones left on and roasted in the same way.
