  • About
All chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place as well as away from any powerful odours. Extreme temperatures and moisture will affect the chocolate and could be detrimental to your enjoyment of the products. Never put chocolate in the fridge as when it comes out to room temperature the condensation will bring moisture and cause sugar bloom.
We would suggest eating any chocolates you make within a few days โ€“ the fresher the better.
